At Pearlava, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is the result of our mistake (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), Pearlava will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process outlined above.
